Well, I FINALLY did it!  I published my first cookbook!  Honestly, one of the proudest moments of my life.  It was a lot of cooking, sweat and tears, but in the end, extremely gratifying.  As I hold MY book in my own hands, I am so proud of what I accomplished!  

All of the recipes in my book are obviously slow cooker recipes, but they are also gluten-free.  Fear not!  If you are not gluten-free, you will enjoy each of these recipes just as much!  All of the recipes are either naturally gluten-free, or I've made slight adaptations to the recipes to include instructions for those who are and are not gluten-free.
