ReplyThe are many Seniors with scooters(or the OPC bus) for transportation. They use these two ways to shop. Having a food store and resturants is a blessing to them. Danish Village is a perfect example of Seniors using scooters to go shop. Someone needs to take this into account with so many babyboomers getting older and trying to get around. Build the Apts-Condos around areas that help them take care of themselves. It would help the OPC and their funding for the busses they use!!!

ReplyI don't want to see this kind of item on Patch. Who cares,almost all of us could not afford this land. And Doug is right,this is a ad. I have enjoyed the Patch,I can stop reading if this kind of coverage is going to be the norm.

ReplyThere seems to be a lot of Mediterranean and Yogurt shops opening up. Not my choice,but the salad place sounds unique to our area.

ReplyThe Village is going to go out of business if the do not lower rent space.I'm surprised that Mitchell's Seafood has stayed for as long as they have. I still think a caferteria style would do good in Rochester. We need comfort food,good salads,diet plates,veggie dishes ect.....

ReplyI live very close by to where this happened,so many people are out walking their pets everyday. So many kids are out playing. The cars and big trucks go too fast down these side roads. I have called the Rochester Police dept. about the fast driving on these roads. I always worry someone is going to get hurt. And another important fact,is the lighting from not enough street lamps is a factor of people not seeing well.
