Erica Bubak, Neighbor

I graduated from Oakland University, with a Bachelor of Science in Wellness, Health Promotion, and Injury Prevention with a focus in Psychology.  I currently work as a Clinical Exercise Specialist at Medical Network One amid the pediatric population.  I provide exercise and self-management education to families and children to help control a variety of chronic conditions including metabolic syndrome, and childhood overweight and obesity. Through group sessions and individual counseling I work to empower families and motivate realistic change towards adopting more physically active lifestyles.

 I am certified through the American Council on Exercise as an Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist.  Additionally, I am a certified WellCoach through the American College of Sports Medicine.
