Rochester Hills Man Arrested on Weapons, Drug Charges
Brandon Scott Knight, 26, is charged with possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, among other charges.
Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies received an anonymous tip Thursday evening from a caller who said a man with two handguns and a military duffel bag containing narcotics was staying at The ConCord Inn in Rochester Hills, according to a press release from the Oakland County Sheriff's Office. The caller also alleged the suspect was preparing to rob a rival drug dealer who owed him a large sum of money, according to the report. Deputies responded to the tip and located the suspect, 26-year-old Rochester Hills resident Brandon Knight, at the nearby Speedway gas station at Crooks Road and Starr Batt Drive. His permanant home is on the corner of Crooks Rd and Mildred Ave. that is his family house where he grew up and was living. I have not seen him since approx march of 2012. I can say that I know for a fact that he has possessed prescription drugs in the past of mass quantity while living at crooks and mildred.
