This Rochester Bungalow Has Holiday Spirit (Just Ask the Elves!)

Here's a sneak preview of one of five homes participating in today's Holiday Homes Tour around Rochester.

A roll-top desk converted into a bar. Exotic woodworking and cabinetry. A 1940s kitchen with a red and white Gibson stove. You'll see those unique features and more on Sunday during the annual Holiday Home Tour sponsored by the Friends of the Rochester Hills Public Library.  (For a sneak peek at a 1927 bungalow that's part of the tour, scroll through the photos that accompany this story.)  The home tour is from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday and features five homes (you'll receive a map to the homes when you purchase your ticket for the tour). According to the Friends organization, which plans the home tour each holiday season, the homes will be lavishly decorated for the holidays.
