A Red Wing is coming to town. Detroit Red Wings forward Darren Helm is set to appear at the Rochester Road Meijer in April as pat of a series of appearances around the Detroit area. Helm will sign autographs and talk to fans from 6-7 p.m. April 8. Helm and forward Justin Abdelkader are touring Meijer locations throughout Detroit. On Monday, Abdelkader kicked off the tour with an appearance at a Meijer in Canton, as reported by Plymouth-Canton Patch. The players will appear for the second hour of each event.
