Where to begin! Since everything was bad starting from the reservation I made for 7:00pm that was not honored. This used to be a Toms Oyster Bar with nice wood trim. The new paint job look like vomited primary colors everywhere! Reminded of a preschool room, except the "decorations" came from a dime store in Tijuana. Dont get me started on the cow that moos (actually sounds like a fire alarm).

We were there on the first Friday it was open, but no excuse to run out of margarita mix..at a Mexican restaurant..at 8:00! Their attempt to make some from scratch was not drinkable. The chips were greasy and the salsa boring, even the "hot" was not. After 45 minutes the meals arrived. The fish tacos were okay but only a little bit of cilantro. The burritos (both pork and beef) were huge. Mostly tortilla and very little meat or flavor.

The whole experience led me to believe they were scrimping on everything. One mint leaf in the mojito, lots of ice in the liter of margarita, no spices in the food, little beef in the burritos.

Finally, the manager was dressed in a Fruit of the Loom Vneck under-shirt, covered with an oversized black sport coat. This was a poor attempt to cross Pepe Lepew with Don Johnson from Miami Vice. He was too busy schmoozing the tables with single women to address our concerns. Ick.

Will never go back until new owners take over. Which shouldnt take too long.

Dont waste your time even trying this place. Taco Bell is better.
