Working out at SLHF with Coach Chip and his staff is a family affair in our household. Both my husband and I attend the Boot Camps there and Coach Chip and his staff work with you to modify any part of the workout routine (which varies each time) to meet your specific fitness level as well as any special needs or physical limitations. My daughter also works out with her soccer team mates at SLHF. She recovered from an ankle injury under Coach Chip's guidance and he tailored her workouts for each phase of her recovery process. Almost as important in this recovery process was his discussions with her about mentally overcoming an injury and conquering her fear of "getting back in the game". Coach Chip and his staff go above and beyond the average athletic facility and trainers!

I am totally hooked on Starting Line Health and Fitness Bootcamps! Coach Chip tailors the workout to your specifications. He pushes you just enough to find your full potential and is able to work around any obstacles you may have due to injury. Thanks for making me like to work out again, Chip!

Chip has helped my wife and I lose weight anf get fit. The classes are hard work but fun! He helps motivate you .

Coach Chip is not just "some guy who spent time in a gym" like some other trainers can be. Chip is very knowledgable about how to safely push yourself. He is also concerned about the whole person, including nutrition. His classes are encouraging for people of all levels. If you're a couch potato looking to get healthier but intimidated by the idea of a "boot camp" this is the safe re-entry to the fitness world for you. If you're an elite athlete it's ALSO the place for you. I've never met a trainer who could so competently span that spectrum before Chip.

Coach Chip and his staff are the best in town. Workouts are challenging and fun. The people support and encourage one another. Chip personalizes workouts to accommodate physical limitations or need for greater challenge. He teaches, encourages and helps his clients reach their goals. I highly recommend Starting Line!

Awesome personal training for the athlete, athlete wanna be, or couch potato in transition. If you have a personal goal, Chip can get you there with his enthusiasm and challenging training. Training sessions fly by. He is mindful of past/present injuries and tweeks training to strengthen and stabilize. He has great energy and great personal connections with his clients.

The energy that Chip brings to the classes is amazing. The Bootcamp classes are challenging, yet amazingly fun. Always different, so you never get bored. I have gone from not being able to run or jump because of bladder issues to running 5k's and doing the Warrior Dash! I would highly recommend the classes offered because of the coaching and because of the camarderie!
