If I could rate them a 0 star, I would. The best thing I can say about the Oaks at Hamptons is that they make all the chores of homeowning seem minor by comparison. My neighbors were mostly good, but they've all moved out too. The office staff would promise things (even in writing) and break their word repeatedly. The apartment lay out was nice, but they weren't well maintained. (The maintenance staff was nice enough, and I think they could have done a better job, but they weren't allowed to do basic things like buy necessary replacement appliances, so instead they'd patch and repair them over and over again.) They've added many fees that used to be included services over the years, water, garbage and even a fee to bill you -- even if you already pay in person!)
