The only reason I give this place more than one star is because the owner is a nice man. I took my pearls in to have the clasp repaired and, after two weeks and it was finally finished, they put a clasp on it that did not open. When I picked up the pearls they did not take them out or show them to me, wherein they would have realized that the clasp did not open. All of this I can understand. Mistakes happen. However, when I called the store to ask about it the woman who works there was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. She first asked if I just couldn't figure it out. I said I hoped that was the case and maybe she could explain it to me so I didn't have to drive down there again. As she explained it to me I realized she was explaining just a classic pearl clasp, which this was not. When I told her that she said "Its not usually difficult, I'm sorry you can't figure it out." I drove to the store immediately and began to speak with someone else, loudly explaining the situation so she could hear me and know who I was. Although she was standing there and I know she knew exactly who I was, she never bothered to say a word to me. When the other worker indicated that the clasp in fact did not open, I turned to her and told her that it did not open. At that, she literally laughed out loud. I can understand mistakes, I have no tolerance for rudeness.
