Working out on my own is tough - I tend to prefer sports games and activities. I signed up with Claire last August for one day a week and LOVE IT. She challenges my fitness while watching out for my weaknesses (I have an injured neck.). Workouts are a mix of circuit training that include all kinds of cardio & weights. We've done tiabata and other interval training. While I haven't lost much weight in 6 months - my body shape has changed in a big way - and I feel great!!!!!! Just added another day to my schedule - Claire is so worth it and fun too!

I've been going to Class Action Fitness for a few months and have already seen amazing improvements. In what little time I've been going, I've developed more strength and stamina than in all the years I spent doing it on my on at more commonly known gyms. The results show – a coworker had asked if I’d been working out. The personal training classes are both challenging and fun and small enough for the trainer/s to keep their focus on how everyone is performing. The instructors are experienced, highly educated in the exercise physiology and pay attention to each person’s progress. Joining Class Action Fitness was one of the best decisions I've made and I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner.

I have been working out with Claire for over 5 years and continue to improve each and every time I work out. I've recently lost 17 lbs. and have become much stronger along the way. Claire offers a unique experience that is completely different from any of the usual gyms - one is actually expected to return and work out - HARD. I love the group concept which actually challenges one to work harder.

I started at Class Action because I wanted to be a stronger runner. Every time I signed up for a race I would end up getting hurt. Now it goes way beyond that. I was able to go off my cholesterol meds, I have increased energy and mental awareness. And the thing I noticed around the holidays was all the house cleaning and moving things around, I was not only able to do more, but I wasn't a bit sore after. Claire is so wise in every muscle of your body and how they all connect to each other. If you just give it one class, you will become an addict.

A great place to start a new healthy body. I have been working with Claire (and Darryl) for 5 months and my doctor is very happy that my blood pressure has dropped to the normal range. Class Action works with your individual needs during a small group setting (8 max). It's not always fun but it is VERY rewarding. I strongly recommend

I just joined Class Action Fitness about 2 months ago and I absolutely love it! This is the first time ever that I actually enjoy working out and am not finding an excuse not to go. Claire made me feel so welcome my very first class. The classes are everything I would never do on my own. Claire pushes me to the best of my ability and I can already see improvements in my cardio endurance and strength. Every class is different and she is able to modify each exercise to each persons different fitness level.

Another difference in Claire's approach is the education she provides to the clients. She is constantly educating everyone in the class about form, which muscle group we're working, water intake, diet etc.

With such a small group, Claire is there motivating you every step of the way. I love Class Action Fitness and I can't say enought great things about the business and Claire.

I decided to try Class Action Fitness because I had a discount through the Brooksie Way Training program. It was a great decision. I have the opportunity to train with knowledgable staff that identify areas where I need help; provide encouragement; and motivate me to work hard. I have made new friends and I see results in my strength and endurance in the few months I have been working with Claire and her staff. I recommend Class Action Fitness to everyone.

In the past I belonged to (now defunct) Body Techniques, LifeTime Fitness, Fitness 19 as well as Chrysler's health activity center. I was an occasional exerciser, but didn't stick with a plan for very long. I'd find excuses for not getting to the gym.

Joining Class Action Fitness has made a huge difference in my life and how I approached health and fitness. Claire Ahearn has developed a no nonsense approach to fitness that works. After three short months, I feel better, my clothes are no longer tight and I can lift and carry 40 pound bags of softener salt and dog food as easily as a 10 pound bag of flour. I am in my mid-50's and Claire's encouraging, challenging, friendly, client-oriented approach works really well for me. I will continue working out at Class Action Fitness because Claire works with me to continually challenge myself and create new fitness goals.

I have been working with Claire Ahean, owner and trainer of Class Action Fitness, for 12 years . . and I do not know what I would do without her. She inspires you to push yourself further than you ever would on your own, and she supplements pure training with her wide range of expertise is why the body works the why it does and how we can achieve the results we desire. The circuit training aspect of her training regimen works fabulously for me. I just could not recommend this Fitness philosophy more highly.

I began working out with Claire 15 years ago--first at a workout facility in a large gym and then in a private workout area directed solely by her. Her commitment to making me the best that I can be has been life changing for me in the arena of health. For me, her circuit training method has proved to be highlyl motivational. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable and aware of every change in my body and mind as we work together to increase, not just maintain, my overall fitness. This new setting for her creative and varied workout approaches is fantastic! I cannot imagine this not being a part of my life. And---I am grateful.

I have been working out with Claire for 3 years. Before that I belonged to other gyms but found that I didn't go on a consistent basis and when I did go, I didn't really push myself as hard as I could have.
What I love about Class Action Fitness is that you work out with a small group of people and with 1 or 2 trainers. The trainers push you, motivate you and make sure that you are using the equipment properly in order to avoid injuries.
Claire has inspired me to run in races. This is the only type of gym that has worked for me long term. It's the best money that I've spent to stay in shape. I can't say enough good things about Claire and Class Action Fitness.

I now have been working out with Claire for over 10 years now. In that time my fitness level has improved each year. This year it took a big leap. I had a metabolism done, at Class Action Fitness and that information was integrated into a program creating workouts specific to me based on my test information. Using this information during my workouts at Class Action Fitness and on my own I was able to lower my body fat from 22% to 16% and lose 20 lbs over an 8 month period. Class Action Fitness provides complete structured workouts. You won't get stuck in the same old routine. Each workout has cardio, weights, and stretching that always changes to hit different muscle groups to avoid over working or under working muscle groups. Claire combines indoor and outdoor training to keep things fresh. I have been working out with Claire for 9+ years. Highly recommend cheking out Class Action Fitness.

Hey Runners -
My arms feel like noodles so forgive any typos. :) The circuit training at Class Action Fitness, Inc. tonight was awesome!! Joyce, Jessica and Dave were there with me. We kicked some major butt. Claire, the owner, is the best. She taught us some great exercises plus she helped us with any problem (injury) areas we have. We ended the class with some foam rolling techniques. We definitely worked up a sweat and got our heart rates going. I know many of you were wanting to go to the class tonight. I would highly recommend going if you get a chance.

At Class Action Fitness, Inc. you workout with a trainer at all times, EVERYTIME. This is not a gym with a general membership. At CAF we specialize in small group personal training and one-on-one personal training. Affordable Rates, Friendly Environment and Educated Trainers are what you will find at CAF. There are no cell phones or I-pods allowed on the gym floor. We want you to come in and workout, and with the help of a trainer get out of your comfort zone.

I met Claire from Class Action Fitness a few years ago. I had an old shoulder injury and had some pain. She helped me with my shoulder and explained what happened and how to become pain free. I joined her outdoor bootcamp class and my fitness level increased immediately. I then joined her group personal training classes and lost 15 pounds of body fat and gained 15 pounds of lean muscle. My health has improved, my fitness level is very high and my body fat is under 10%. I would have never done this without her. Her new facility is perfect and I recommend to everyone go to her classes and you will learn more about fitness than you ever have. I even placed 2nd place in my first ever running race after training with her. She is an amazing trainer.

What a difference the attention and personalized exercises can make. I've seen more positive changes in my body, mind and strength in four months than the past several years exercising on my own. Working with a small group helps provide the motivation and being with friends makes it competitive with some laughs too. My trainer has taken me to levels I could never have imagined myself going! I have been working out at Class Action Fitness for 4 months now. I am thrilled with the results I have seen. I have increased my strength, flexibility and energy as well as lost weight. The class sizes are small enough to allow for individual attention and I like the fact that I am working out with friends. My trainer is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine so I know that I am being trained properly and safely.

I've been working out by myself at a local gym for several years and with mixed motivation. I decided to try small group personal training at Class Action Fitness and have found it to be very motivating. The personal trainer that leads our group provides very helpful direction, adapts exercises for specific needs and effectively pushes to the next step. I have been working out with Claire at Class Action Fitness for a year and a half. In that time, I can't believe the changes in my body, my attitude and my overall energy. Along with the 3 times a week workout, we do bootcamps, snowshoeing, bike riding and running. Working out at Class Action Fitness with Claire Ahern has been a very rewarding experience. Due to recent surgery on my foot I have been wearing a cast on my left leg for the past several months. Only able to do upper body exercises Claire has modified a workout program that has helped me combine some cardio with weight training 3 days a week.
