Now the attitude is like "Who cares..." Anyway, my shopping after 34 years came to an end after I raised an issue with the way customers were helped. I filed a complaint and was told someone from the store was going to get in touch with me.. Alas, the latter never happened.....(Used to be called Damman Hardware)

I BROUGHT MY PATIO SCREEN DOOR AND WINDOW SCREENS IN FOR REPAIR AND RESCREENING TO THE ACE HARDWARE LOCATED AT 345 LIVERNOIS RD IN ROCHESTER HILLS MICHIGAN. I WAS TOLD THE JOB WOULD BE COMPLETED IN TWO WEEEKS. AFTER SIX WEEKS AND TWO REPEATS OF BRINGING THE SCREENS BACK TO HAVE THEM ADJUSTED BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL MEASUREMENTS, THEY STILL DONT FIT BACK INTO THE WINDOW SILLS, MANAGEMENT HAS REFUSED A REFUND AND TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE TO MY SCREENS. WHOEVER IS READING THIS REVIEW WOULD BE WISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS ACE, MANAGEMENT IS APATHETIC AND INCOMPETENT AND COMPLETELY INDIFFERENT AS TO WHETHER THEY CONTINUE TO RECEIVE BUSINESS FROM REGULARS OR NOT.
