MI Vintage Velo Festival
  • 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, June 15
  • Located at Bloomer Park
  • Experience 100 years of bicycling history - meet bike racers - share your passion at this one-of-a-kind event. Free to attend and family friendly.
Stoney Creek Schoolhouse Open for Tours
  • 1-4 p.m. Saurday, June 15
  • Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm
  • The Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm will be hosting tours of the 1848 Stoney Creek Schoolhouse on the third Saturdays of the month starting from 1-4 p.m.
  • Admission is free as part of the regular admission price to tour the Museum buildings which is $5 adults, $3 seniors/students, free for museum members.

Dogs Walk For A Cause
  • 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, June 15
  • Troy Honda in the Troy Motor Mall
  • Troy Honda will host “Dogs Walk For a Cause” to raise money for Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3-Day walkers. Breast Cancer Survivors, family, friends, and the general public are all welcome to join in the fun and festivities, including the Premier Pet Supply sponsored walk from 1-3 p.m. on Maplelawn in Troy.
TBE Olympics
  • 4 p.m. Saturday, June 15
  • A free afternoon for families on the grounds of Temple Beth El featuring outdoor games, barbeque by Cutting Edge Cuisine, sing-a-long and Havdalah service. For reservations, email your name, phone and number attending to mdocks@tbeonline.org.

Battle of the Bands

  • The popular Battle of the Bands is back for its 10th season. Four popular local high school bands will battle for the grand prize, plus special performances by new, up-and coming artists.

  • This favorite craft beer event features specialty brews from Bell’s Brewery, burgers from Bagger Dave’s Legendary Burger Tavern, wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, live music from The Square Pegz and more.

Michigan Institute of Urology Run for the Ribbon
  • 8 a.m. Sunday, June 16
  • Held at the Detroit Zoo
  • The MIU Run for the Ribbon aims to increase awareness about prostate cancer. More than 1,500 runners/walkers participate each year.
