Volunteers Make Final Push for Rochester-Area Food Drive at Busch's

2 days left in All About Children Food Drive.

Busch's and the Rochester Regional Services Collaboration are in the final days of a food drive benefiting Rochester-area children.

The All About Children Food Drive, which runs through May 15 at Busch’s in Rochester Hills, is running short of its current fundraising goals—and time—according to Andrea Walker, a spokesperson for the food drive.

"We're farther behind from our goal than we thought (we would be)," Walker said.

She said this year's efforts, however, have eclipsed last year's event.

"The community support has been great," she said.

The biggest need, Walker said, is cash donations, which can be tacked on to purchases made at the Rochester Hills Busch's Fresh Food Market. Bottles and cans also can be donated at the store, Walker said.
