Vicious Ink is an awesome place. The artists always make you comfortable, and have great portfolios, and the shop is super clean. The piercer is awesome as well, and only uses the best quality jewelry at a reasonable price. They go above and beyond, and will work with any budget you may have. I highly recommend Vicious Ink.
