Thinking of Moving to Rochester Hills?

Are you thinking about moving to Rochester Hills and want to really know what it's like living here? Well what better way than to read what people already living here think. It's an interesting read but at 107 pages its a long read! Here are some of key points.

• 44% have lived here 20 years or more- That number shows that when people move here a great deal of them set permanent roots.
• 84% say major roads in Rochester hills are Fair to Excellent- Sure everyone knows where there is a pot hole around town that needs to be filled but for the most part our local roads are pretty solid.
• 96% feel safe in their neighborhood- This one is not surprising at all. People are out walking/jogging around my neighborhood at all hours of the day. This isn't the case in high crime areas.
• 84% were satisfied to very satisfied with our single hauler trash and recycle program- We moved here before this program was in place and I remember our trash bill was higher than it is now. I also love the recycling program and take advantage of the rewards.
• 99% say they are satisfied to very satisfied living in Rochester Hills- I think this stat says it all.
