RED, WHITE AND BLUE WODFEST

CrossFitters at the beginners level, open, and masters (40+) can come and participate.

Participants will compete as individuals in the beginner, masters, or open division.  There will be
a maximum of 100 participants.  This will
be an all day event consisting of three WOD’s, with a fourth WOD for the top 10
athletes in each division.

Crossfit Inclusive is excited to host its first
competition!  This event is being held in
support of all military/public safety service members.  As a gesture of our appreciation for their valiant
service, we are asking that every participant bring a lawn flag.

So, whether you’re coming out to compete, watch, socialize,
or support our military/public service members, we just want to see you
there!  This will be a day full of good
fun and competition.
