Continuing Hatha Yoga-Level I

Ready for a challenge? An increase in upper body work, twisting and back-bending takes this class to the next level. Core strength is enhanced, helping to relieve pressure on joints. Flexibility and balance improve; relaxation deepens.

Previous Yoga experience recommended.

Jenna Aviva Lee, E-RYT 500, is an experienced Yoga teacher with an M.A. in Sanskrit. Her style of Hatha, called 'Prana', unites the stength of alignment with the flow of breath.
