The Rochester School of Martial Arts will be opening all adult classes to employees and residents of Rochester through November 17th.
We are appalled at the violence that occurred in our city. We want everyone who lives or works in the Rochester area to feel safe downtown. We want visitors and customers to know that Rochester is one of the best places to be.
So the Rochester School of Martial Arts will be opening all adult classes to employees and residents of Rochester through November 17th.
These personal protection classes are offered at no charge to residents and employees of Rochester, as a community service.

These classes will emphasize self-defense and personal protection, situational awareness and decision-making, and defenses against all types of grabs from any position, as well as gun and knife defense. We want our downtown to be safe.
