Adams Undefeated Heading into MHSAA Boys Basketball Playoffs

Stoney Creek, Rochester and Avondale also playing in districts this week.

The Adams High School boys basketball team heads into the state championship bracket with a perfect 20-0 record this week. It's the first boys varsity basketball team to ever finish undefeated.

Adams, as well as Stoney Creek, Rochester and Avondale high schools, plays in district competition this week.

District 31 at Sterling Heights Stevenson

  • Rochester (16-4) vs. Utica Ford (7-12); 5:30 p.m. Monday at Sterling Heights Stevenson. The winner plays at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
  • Stoney Creek (13-5) vs. Utica Eisenhower (11-8); 7 p.m. at Sterling Heights Stevenson. The winner plays at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

District 30 at Lake Orion

  • Adams has a Round 1 bye. They will play Oxford (10-10) at 5:30 p.m. Wednsday.

District 29 at Troy

  • Avondale (8-11) vs. Waterford Mott (13-8) at 7 p.m. Monday. The winner plays Troy at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Semifinals and finals will be at the Breslin Center in East Lansing from March 21-23.
