For the Rochester Hills City Council District 2 seatThis vote will only be on the ballot in Precincts 4, 7, 9, 10, 18, 19, 21, 25 and 32 for voters who live in District 2 (roughly east of Brewster Road to Washington Road around the city of Rochester and north of Avon Road between Old Perch and Livernois roads). Voters will choose one candidate; the top two vote-getters will advance to the November election.
