Rochester Hills Businessman, Philanthropist a Finalist for Oakland's Elite 40-Under-40 Title

The public voting period for County Executive L. Brooks Patterson's annual program begins today.

Hundreds submitted nominations, three became finalists, and now it's time to pick the 2013 Elite 40-Under-40 winner.

Public voting for the annual honor created by Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson and organized by Oakland County began Monday on the Advantage Oakland website.

Rochester Hills' Ziad Kassab, CEO of ZCD Transportation and Vice President of Guardian Angel Home Health Care, is one of the three finalists. In his biography on the 40-Under-40 website, Kassab tells of being 10 years old and having to "grow up quickly" because of a serious accident that injured his younger brother.
