On the Agenda: City Beautiful to Discuss Howlett, Elizabeth Parks

The Rochester City Beautiful Commission meets at 7 Wednesday night at Rochester City Hall.

• An update on the community garden. The committee will hear an update on the fence and tool shed as well as a park sign and possible fundraising event.
• An update on improvements to , including playground equipment status, sidewalk removal and repair, planter boxes and a park sign.
• An update on improvements to , including cleanup, nesting boxes, and future plans.
• Discussion of a "Good Neighbor Award."
• Discussion of the July 23 Neighborhood Cleanup/Make a Difference Day.
• Nomination of "Landmark Trees."
