It's Official: Livernois Bridge Now Closed Until November

Seek out an alternate route when crossing the Livernois bridge over the Clinton River in Rochester Hills.

Construction season continues in the Rochester area, as a section of Livernois Road is now closed. Effective Monday, July 9, work has begun on the bridge over the Clinton River between Avon and Hamlin roads in Rochester Hills.

RCOC will begin replacing the bridge Monday, and the road will then remain closed at the bridge until the project is completed in November.

Those who need to accesss homes, businesses and churches on Livernois between Avon and Hamlin must enter Livernois from the Hamlin end the segement of road.

The detour route for Livernois through traffic will be Avon Road to Rochester Road to Hamlin Road and back to Livernois and vice versa.
