Candidate Forums Set for Rochester, Rochester Hills City Council Races
League of Women Voters sets Rochester City Council forum for Sept. 16; Rochester Hills City Council forum is Sept. 24.
The League of Women Voters will present candidate forums in September for both the Rochester and Rochester Hills City Council races.
Candidates for Rochester City Council will appear at Rochester City Hall, 400 Sixth Street, at 7 p.m. on Sept. 16, while candidates for Rochester Hills City Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Sept. 24 at the City of Rochester Hills Auditorium, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive.
Rochester's candidate forum will be streamed live on the city's website. It also will be available on demand on the city and CMN websites and will be rebroadcast several times before the election on Comcast Channel 17, WOW Channel 10 and CMN Channel 18.
Rochester Hills' forum will be broadcast live on Comcast Channel 20, WOW Channel 10 and AT&T Channel 99. It also will be available on demand beginning Sept. 25 on the city's website. The forum also will be rebroadcast several times before the election on all city channels.
