Rochester Police responded Nov. 17 to the area of Castell and Harding for a report of a single-car accident, according to the department. When police arrived, the officer found the driver, a 22-year-old Rochester Hills man, to be highly intoxicated.
Police took the man into custody and released him later that day when he was sober, the department indicated.
