Two New Haven residents were arrested late Monday morning for retail fraud in the first degree after they were caught stealing more than $1,000 in merchandise from Kohl's, Troy Police said.


Also in this week's police blotter: A man makes off with six packs of 5-Hour Energy drinks from Kroger, and a scooter and lawn equipment are stolen from area garages.

Felony Drunken Driver With Gun Arrested in Ferndale

The 44-year-old man is charged with third-offense drunken driving and carrying a concealed weapon.


Police said a woman reported that someone used a golf club to smash a passenger side window of her vehicle on Nov. 18 while it was parked in a driveway in the 2220 block of Columbia in Berkley.


Sentencing Delayed in Burglary Cases

Rochester Hills and Auburn Hills men plead guilty to additional charges and will face sentencing in three cases all at once next week, court records show.
