Break-In Reported at Rochester Hills Caribou
The back door was shattered by a rock, according to a sheriff's report.
A person making a delivery to early Friday morning called police after discovering the rear door to the coffee shop had been shattered.
The incident was reported at 4:09 a.m. deputies responded and searched inside the Caribou, which is located across from . They discovered a rock that may have been used to shatter the glass door, according to a sheriff's department report. Nothing was missing, but a cash register was found on the floor.
The store's alarm system was not activated; there were no security cameras and no usable fingerprints were detected, according to the report.
