2 Car Break-Ins Reported in Rochester

The Rochester Police Department has reported two vehicle break-ins in recent weeks.

On Oct. 4, a 25-year-old Rochester man told police property had been stolen from his vehicle between 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 3 and 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 4, according to police. He told police when he checked on his vehicle on Oct. 4, he discovered his debit card, driver's license and $3 in cash was missing from the vehicle. 

The man told police he did not lock his vehicle.

On Oct. 5, a 21-year-old Ann Arbor man told police several items were taken from his vehicle while it was parked near Rochester Mills Beer Co., 400 Water Street in Rochester. He told police he had parked his vehicle at about 10 p.m. on Oct. 4 and returned at 2 a.m. on Oct. 5.

Police do not have suspects in either incident.
