I don't want you to be scared, thinking, "Melon and Pork Chops?!" Would I steer you wrong?! Absolutely not! I'm here to tell you, Melon and Pork Chops definitely go together and they are incredibly delicious together too!
As the melon cooks over the pork chops, it breaks down and becomes more and more delicous! Everyone in my household ate this and enjoyed it!
You don't have to just use pork chops here.....you could use a pork loin or pork roast as well. It would be equally as delicous.

Sweet Melon Pork Chops
Ingredients:
3-4 lbs. (4-6) Thick Cut Boneless Pork Chops (or any kind of chops you want to use)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cantaloupe, cut up
1/2 honey dew melon, cut up
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Place your chops in the bottom of your crock and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Place your onions on top. Add your cantaloupe and honey dew melon. Mix together the lemon juice, sugar and water. Pour your "lemonade" and honey over the cantaloupe.
Cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours. Serve and Enjoy!
