Community Update

EXTREMELY disappointing service! While they have beautiful furniture, these folks have no clue how to run a business professionally. Bought four kitchen chairs, but they could only find two on the floor. Said they would call me when they located the other two in their storage area. I tried calling a week later, but I was only able to leave a voice mail message on their answering machine. Over the course of the next three weeks, I left messages on a weekly basis. They finally answered their phone on the fourth attempt and told me they had to order the chairs. They wouldn't give me a time frame until I threatened to dispute the charge on my credit card. Then they promised the shipment would arrive before the end of the next month. Fast forward a month, and I again had to call. Getting their answering machine again, I finally drove 30 miles to the store to make sure they were even in business. The owner acted like he had no idea I was trying to call, so I demanded that he go check his answering machine. He came back stuttering, "You'll get your chairs! You have my word!" Like his word meant anything at this point! I finally got my chairs two days later. No discount, no apologies. These people don't deserve to be in business! If you ever do have an issue with their furniture, don't count on them answering their phone or responding to your complaint!
