Rochester Area Jaycees Info Meeting

The Rochester Area Jaycees will be hosting their monthly informational meeting on Thursday, Feb. 2, at 7 p.m. at the Barnes & Noble coffee shop on Rochester Road in Rochester Hills.

Please consider attending the meeting if you are between the ages of 21 and 40 and are looking for opportunities to volunteer and network with other young adults. The Rochester Area Jaycees have been turning energetic and eager young professionals into leaders of the Rochester community since 1958. The membership is made up of individuals from all walks of life who are dedicated to bettering themselves and their region. Whether they are students or professionals, entrepreneurs or public servants, our members come together to network, socialize, learn, serve, and lead.

The Rochester Area Jaycees organize many projects each year to help the community. These projects include preparing and delivering Easter baskets to home-bound seniors, running the haunted house in Rochester, and taking children shopping for the holidays. The Rochester Area Jaycees have long provided leadership development opportunities through the management of these and other community service projects.

The Rochester Area Jaycees are committed to providing the resources and tools for the leaders of tomorrow to develop experience and hone their skills within a supportive network of mentors and peers. We provide emerging leaders with the knowledge and practice they need to realize their full potential.
