STOP the Holiday Weight Gain!

The average American gains 5-10lbs between Thanksgiving and New Years!  Stop the WEIGHT GAIN!  You are in control and here are a few tips to help you not become a part of the statistic!

1.) NEVER go to a holiday function hungry.  Eat something healthy before a party because you will be less likely to over eat.
2.) Bring a healthy dish to your next event.  This will allow you to ensure you have at least one side dish that is a healthy option.
3.) Don't throw in the towel on exercise.  Remember something is better than nothing.  Schedule at least one day of exercise even if you are busy
