POWER OF 100 WOMEN

SUPPORTING WOMEN & GIRLS

Hosted by Rochester
Author

Every woman has experiences to impart, skills to share and

wisdom to divulge.  Women succeed and
thrive by connecting.  The sharing of
this wealth of knowledge in an atmosphere of engagement and participation is an
opportunity to support a woman in need.

That is what the Power of 100 Women event is promoting.

Hosted by Diane Young, President of The Athena FinancialGroup, 2013 NAWBO Michigan Top Ten Women Business Owner, and author of “Owning Your Financial Success. A SavvyWomen’s Guide to Financial Empowerment,” the Michigan Women’s Foundation isinviting area women to the Power of 100 Women event at Paint Creek Center for the Arts in Rochester, Michigan providing the opportunity to support women and girls.

“I am very honored to host this event and provide women the chance to meet other women from Michigan who are committed to furthering the mission of supporting women and girls in our state,” said Diane Young.  To quote Madeleine Albright, “I have said this many times, that there seems to be enough room in the world for mediocre men, but not for mediocre women, and we really have to work very, very hard.”  The Power of 100 Women event will offer women to help them work hard and excel.

There is no charge to attend the Power of 100 Women.  Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be offered during the powerful networking event on September 17, 2013, from 6:00 – 7:30pm.   Please RSVP to Kim Cross, (313) 962-1920 x204 or email: kcros@miwf.org               .
