A fundraiser event to raise scholarship funds for Rochester Community Schools Summer Music Theatre (SMT) is planned for this Friday, July 11th at 7:00 p.m. The event is a showcase of Broadway songs performed by SMT alumni, many of whom are pursing careers as professional performers, as well as a number from this year's SMT show, Cinderella. Additionally, Rochester natives Olivia Millerschin and Matt Heim, who have just advanced to the next phase of "America's Got Talent" will perform. All proceeds from the event will be used toward awarding scholarships for next year's SMT Program.
