Every location will host trick or treating (while supplies last) and have drink specials from 9 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. No two bars will have the same items.

Royal Park Hotel is also offering a special package for $159, which includes a one night stay in an executive King room, a $25 gift card for downtown Rochester and Martini's & Artisan cheese board for two in Elliott's Lounge.
Event sponsors MillerCoors, Stolichnaya Premium Vodka, Jagermeister and Red Bull will have their street teams in and out of participating locations passing out giveaway items.
Trick-or Treat cloth bags will be available for purchase at participating locations beginning on 10/23. The bags sold for $3 each with proceeds going to Rochester Neighborhood House, Inc., a nonprofit human service organization, assisting neighbors during times of hardship.
