Chapman's Mill once anchored the shopping plaza at Crooks and Avon Industrial but now sits empty.
The former eatery now leaves a vacancy in the otherwise well-stocked plaza that also houses a Secretary of State branch office, a Buscemi's and J. Thomas Jewelers.
