Where: Rochester Mills Beer Company
When: Friday, 4-11 p.m., Saturday noon-11 p.m. and Sunday noon-5 p.m.
Why go: Live music outdoors, yummy craft beers, organic and sustainable snacks — a good time and good for the Earth! Broken Bravado, the Ragbirds and Motor City Josh and the Big 3 are some of the bands scheduled to perform. For a complete schedule, click here.

When: Saturday, 12-3 p.m.
Why go: This RARA-sponsored event will include the Rochester and Rochester Hills Fire Departments with a fire truck and an ambulance. The kids can get a ride on an old fashioned fire truck and see Sparky the Dog. Don't forget to bring the kids bikes for a free safety inspection, and then kids can ride their bikes in the bike rodeo.
