Day 11: Make Water Balloons
There's a little-known gem of summer playdates hiding out in the seasonal sections of and . It's the Balloon Pumper and it's made by Discovery Kids. It's just what the name says — a fool-proof way to inflate and fill water balloons. Fill the pumper with water and insert a balloon into the spout — a few "pumps" later, and the balloon is ready. (We've seen 5-year-olds use this — all parents have to do, really, is tie the balloon.)
