Photo of the Day: There's Pavement, Again, on Rochester's Main Street

Gone on Friday afternoon — for a moment, at least — were the giant construction vehicles that have traveled up and down Main Street for the past three months.

The Main Street Makeover, as it has come to be known, is on schedule. Main Street itself is set to reopen in both directions in mid-July, though work will continue through the fall on the sidewalks, streetscape renovations and other parts of the project.
