5 Places to Have a Nice Meal on New Year's Eve

Looking for a nice dinner out on New Year's Eve? Patch has you covered.

If you're looking for a more subdued way to ring in the new year, here are five Rochester-area restaurants that can help you celebrate New Year's Eve in style.

The Rochester Chop house will keep the carnivores happy with their high-quality steaks; meanwhile, those wanting to slurp down some oysters can check out Kabin Kruser's. They will have regular hours, from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended; call 248-651-2266.

The Royal Park Hotel will offer a 5-course dinner at 5:30 p.m. for $85 or a 7-course dinner with dancing at 8:30 p.m. for $120 at their Brookshire Restaurant. Reservations are recommended. Call 248-652-2600 for reservations and information.

Mitchell's Fish Market at the will be serving up their signature fresh seafood, surf-and-turf dishes and yummy desserts until 11 p.m. Reservations are needed; call 248-340-5900 to reserve your spot.

The Silver Spoon is providing a luxury buffet and premium Prosecco sparkling wine for dinner. The evening includes live music performed by Pathe’ Jassi and his band starting at 9:30 p.m. $90 per person. You can purchase your tickets at the restaurant.

Rojo will be open for dinner and will be featuring its "Reverse Happy Hour" from 10 p.m. until after midnight. Reservations are recommended; call 248-601-9300.
