10 Tips for Staying Young!

  1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Ask your physician to let you know what your ideal numbers should be, and then focus on health and happiness.
  2.  Keep only cheerful friends. Surrounding yourself with positive people will help keep you positive.
  3.  Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening or reading. Stimulating your mind will help keep you young and keep your brain sharp.
  4.  Enjoy the simple things in life.
  5.  Laugh often, long and loud. Laughter is a great way to exercise your lungs and take in deep breaths.
  6.  Allow yourself to feel emotions. Happiness, sadness, grief or pain are all normal emotions. Don’t let them take over you, but allow yourself the chance to express your feelings and acknowledge where you need help.

  8.  Cherish your health. Continue to improve, learn and grow both inside and out.
