Farbman Group / NAI Farbman Promotes Kristin Smolinski to Vice President
Farbman Group / NAI Farbman, a full-service real estate firm based in Southfield, Mich., promoted Kristin Smolinski from general manager to vice president. Company CEO Andrew V. Farbman made the announcement today.
In this new role, the Rochester Hills resident will transition from property management to financial services and take over responsibility for all lease reviews and documents. She also will serve as administrator for the firm’s real estate software.

Smolinski has been with Farbman Group since 2006, first as property manager and then as general manager. Among her responsibilities were overseeing the management of five office buildings/complexes totaling more than 1.7 million square feet and creating annual property budgets for income, expense and capital expenditures.
