I vote for Bill's on Mill Street. They are very honest and do good work. My second choice would be Rochester Hills Tire. They are a great company as well!

Quality Lubrication Oil Change & Auto Center on the corner of Walton and Squirrel. They are honest and don't try to upsell you things you don't need.

Bill's Automotive has been repairing my vehicles for years. They are extremely honest and Bill and his crew provide quality repairs on a timely basis. On several occassions I needed a repair on short notice and they went out of their way to accomodate me and get my car back on the road. These guys are the BEST!!! Also, needed some major body work on my GMC Terrain and the body shop crew at Shelton GMC-Pontiac did an absolutely great job!

Lee's Transmission on Wilcox at the entry road of the Rochester DPW has always treated me well. They do general repair as well as transmission work. They don't take credit cards, but that is one less expense I pay for even if it is not listed as an item on the bill. The shop still has to cover a 3.5 to 5% fee. Bill's is honest and does good work too. However sometimes they don't know when to turn down a job out of their depth. Rochester Transmission (and gas station) on the corner of Woodward and Rochester has done minor work for me very well. If you are of limited mobility like me they will come out and pump your gas. They are set up to do it easily where most stations it is hard to get somebody to come out.

Huntington Collision on 2nd St. has been repairing my vehicles for over 30 years. I have taken classic cars to my current 2012 Explorer there for repairs. Paul and Ron are outstanding when it comes to getting your insurance company to do what's right to repair your vehicle. On a side note they can give you several options on how to repair your vehicle whether it is to go new original parts or and alternative route. My car club highly recommends them after seeing the paint work completed on my 1957 Ford Thunderbird. The color match was PERFECT! My hat's off to the best collision facility in Rochester.

Bell Tire does repairs too. We really like them.

I do most of my own repair but when I can't or don't have time I send my vehicles to Goodison Garage or North Hill Marathon. I trust Bart and Bob at Goodison and North Hill completely. I don't do my own body work so I send my vehicles to A Auto Point Collision. I've known Gary since the late 70s when we both worked at Merry Olds.

I picked up my vehicle last night and I guess I wasn't expecting it to be as good as new. You never can tell after being in an accident if it will ever be back to original condition. Huntington Collision fair exceeded my expectations. They took a tramatic experience for me and turned it into an outstanding repair. Paul made sure first I was okay and that I had alternate transportation (which they provided for free). Next we contacted my insurance company to let them know the vehicle was at HUNTINGTON COLLISION. After that, Paul said he would take care of the rest. And he DID! My 2010 Mustang was restored to its original condition and I could not tell it had been in an accident. WOW! You guys did an amazing job. I highly recommend and voted for them.
