We offer over 50  different CPE webinars on technology, practice management, accounting, ethics, tax and fraud for CPAs and financial professionals.  We also offer live technology training and consulting opportunities.  Our owners specialize in the following areas: Microsoft Office Training, Adobe Acrobat Training, Digital CPA Practice Model, Strategic Technology, and Cloud/Mobile Computing.

What's your most popular product or service? 

CPE webinars and live technology training.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

We offer a unique consulting opportunity where our owners will travel to various firms and provide a pre-training assessment, 2-day live technology training to employees (using company files as examples), and provide post-training consulting/coaching.  Our owners, John Higgins and Bryan Smith co-authored “Ten Steps to a Digital Practice in the Cloud” which was published by the AICPA. 

When was the business founded?

CPA Crossings was founded by John Higgins, CPA.CITP and Bryan Smith, CPA.CITP, CISA in 2001.

How did your business come to be? 

Saw a need to provide CPAs and financial professionals with innovative strategies to shape the future.   

Why did you choose the area you did?

Our owners live in Rochester and wanted to support their local community.
