North Hills Veterinary Clinic. 4 very caring docs; kind, helpful, friendly staff.
Debra Gondert June 21, 2012 at 03:46 AM
Goodison is the best vet clinic that I've been in contact with! I have never had a vet that has cared so much. Dr. Yee is amazing and it seems like the rest of the staff is equally caring and knowledgable. I will never go anywhere else after finding this place! It really is a great place all around.

Drs. Doug and Molly Angel and the staff at Goodison Vet get my vote. Maggie O loves all the attention showered on her when she walks thru the door.. Although I've not yet told her, she'll be in their care for the next five days. And during her stay, she'll get to visit some friends at All-Under-One Woof next door.

Goodison vet. Dr yee is the absolute best! I drive 30 minutes to go there and would never change to a closer vet. They treat your pet like their own. They are trust worthy and knowledgable and they have always made themselves available for questions/concerns/suggestions. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

There are actually 2 vet office in Goodison. The original vet is Dr. Tom Barkham and he is fabulous! He has been in Goodison for over 50 years at Paint Creek Animal Clinic in Goodison. He is devoted to his position, patients, family, community. You can always count on Dr. Tom!

Goodison is the best! Our whippet, Sammy, was so nervous visiting for check ups. Dr. Kristi Yee invited us in for a friendly visit to tour the whole place without getting poked. She has a special love for animals.

I absolutely adore Oakland Animal Hospital. I had gone to Goodison for years, but changed about 4 years ago to Oakland Animal Hospital and can recommend them 100%. Dr. Monica is the most caring and knowledgeable vet you can ask for, and he works very closely with you to meet 100% of your pets needs without breaking the bank.

Cat Care on Auburn Rd.! Dr. Frank, Dr. Sloan, and Dr. Thoms are wonderful, and the staff truly loves all the kitties.

Goodison Veterinary Center! Everyone on staff has always been thorough, professional and kind in treating our two dogs. And when it was finally time to help our elderly cat say goodbye, Dr. Yee and the staff were gracious and helpful and made it as painless as possible. I would recommend them over and over again!

My vote goes to Auburn Animal Hospital. Its all-ladies crew under the leadership of Dr.Suzan Hankerd has been doing a God's work to keep my two dogs and their boss, Mozart the Cat, healthy and happy. Janusz Laski

Dr. Kristi Yee at Goodison Vetinary is the best. She took great care of our aging dog with his medical problems. When it was time to put him to sleep she handled him and us with great respect and understanding. She took all the time we needed to say goodbye and the whole office treated us extremely well. She facilitated us donating our unused medications for other pets that need it, what a great place.

Goodison rocks! If you want someone to treat your animal(s) like one of their own, Dr. Yee is the one. She has so much compassion for what she does and will go out of her way to provide care and comfort to you and your pet(s). How many vets do you know who will get on the floor with your pet and let them lick you? Ewww.....

I hate Goodison Vetinary! They shaved my cat even though she was in pain and I wanted her to be put down. They finally put her down the next day. I had to endure my cat all night. She was shaved and cold because it was winter dan she was in pain. I think Goodison Vetinary consentrates on excessive services and profits instead of the kindess and compansion needed for animals.

Here's another vote AGAINST Goodison. We heard great things about Goodison, so we went there when we adopted 2 cats. We made an appointment to get them checked out, but when we showed up they didn't have us scheduled. This happened on our second visit as well. That was frustrating enough, but nothing compared to what else happened. We had blood work done during the first visit, then brought one cat back to be neutered on another date. After the neutering, we were back for our third visit within the next week because the cat was horribly sick. It turns out he had a blood disease which was clear to the vet who saw him that third visit. That vet simply looked at the paperwork showing the blood work done during the first visit. Yet somehow it wasn't caught (or was ignored?) by another doctor prior to the neutering. That doctor went ahead with the neutering despite blood work that should have raised a major red flag. They never should have done the procedure. This cat was so sick we had to put him down. Had we not been so upset about losing our cat, we surely would have pursued this further. We took the passive route and never used them again, and couldn't believe the experiences we had there. Horrible, horrible experience. We've since moved on to the Oakland Animal Hospital for our other cat and have had great experiences there so far.

Dr. Monica and Dr. Duncan at Oakland Animal hospital! Dr. Duncan saved our kitty's life two years ago when he stopped eating for no apparent reason. It was very scary, but he helped us figure out the best course of action with testing and hospitalization while not completely bankrupting ourselves. Dr. Monica is also wonderful and has an amazing bond with the animals! Gooooo OAH!
