The Taste of Auburn Hills

The Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce has planned an extraordinary evening filled with palate-pleasing cuisine at its annual Taste of Auburn Hills. The greater business and local communities are invited to explore one of the City’s most fascinating venues, the Walter P. Chrysler Museum, while partaking in the local flavors of 20 area restaurants.

Besides the vast array of local eateries on tap, this year’s Taste will feature a chef action station by Hilton Suites Great American Bar & Grill; live musical entertainment by the Oakland University Jazz Band; and Chrysler’s unique collection of antique, custom and concept vehicles. New this year, a percentage of the event’s proceeds will support the Blessings in a Backpack program through the Avondale School District. The nonprofit organization helps supplement the nutritional needs of elementary school children who have little or no access to food on the weekends.

Food establishments serving up their specialties include: Alfoccino Restaurant, Bar Louie, bd’s Mongolian Barbeque, Costco Wholesale, Culver’s, Fieldstone Golf Club, King’s Court Castle, Lelli’s of Auburn Hills, Longhorn Steakhouse, Max & Erma’s, Mr. Pita, Olga's Kitchen, O’Malley’s Tavern, Palace Grille, Palm Palace, Panera Bread, Post Bar, Sam’s Club, Santa Fe Mexican Restaurant, and Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill.  A cash bar featuring select Detroit Beer Company and Fieldstone Winery offerings will also be available.
