How to Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in Rochester

Here are five places with specials planned Saturday.

, the hub for Mexican cuisine in Rochester Hills, will celebrate Cinco de Mayo all day long Saturday with food and drink specials and entertainment.

The restaurant will have an outdoor party tent with a taco stand and tiki bar. A Mariachi band will perform at 6 p.m.; a DJ will be playing tunes starting at 9 p.m.

But the real highlight of the day will be a Mexican folkloric dance performance at 1 p.m. Owner Michael Versaci called the performance "very unique and traditional." It's the first year the restaurant has featured such a performance.

Doors open at 10 a.m. at Miguel's.

For other Fifth-of-May options around town:
