Where to See Oscars' Best Picture Nominees Around Rochester

There are six movie-watching weekends between now and Feb. 24. Have you seen all of the Academy Award-nominated Best Pictures yet?

You can catch all but two of the films nominated for the top prize at one of three area theaters: Emagine Rochester Hills, AMC Forum 30 in Sterling Heights or AMC Star Theatres Great Lakes Crossing in Auburn Hills.

One movie, Beasts of the Southern Wild, is already on DVD. And the final movie, the foreign language film Amour, will be coming to the nearby Maple Theater in Bloomfield Hills on Feb. 1.

The Academy Awards ceremony is scheduled for Feb. 24 in Hollywood. It will be televised live on ABC.
