Seats Still Available for 'The Hobbit' at Midnight

Emagine in Rochester Hills has four Thursday night showings planned.

You remember "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy, right? Well, it's time now for that other giant epic of Middle Earth, the latest blockbuster movie coming for the holiday season: "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey." It opens tonight, and it's not too soon to figure out where you'll watch.

According to IMDB.com, the movie traces the story of "a curious Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins, (who) journeys to the Lonely Mountain with a vigorous group of Dwarves to reclaim a treasure stolen from them by the dragon Smaug."

Tickets for all four midnight showings at Emagine in Rochester Hills were still available Thursday afternoon.

On Friday, The Hobbit is showing 16 times between 11 a.m. and 11:15 p.m.
